Perfect Money is one of the oldest payment systems. It was created around 16 years ago. The fact remains that it is one of the safest payment systems. They do not offer buyer or seller protection just like PayPal does. However, the funds in your account are pretty safe. You must remember that they do not offer any kind of real guarantees at all. Well, I also have a Perfect Money account as well. I also tend to use Payeer much more. Payeer also has a really low fees as compared to PayPal and other payment systems.
