I faced a problem when I ordered a mobile phone. The display screen of the phone was found to have a crack, it was taken back by the company and my money was refunded from that day I vowed that I would never buy a phone online.

This is always the problem of ordering online they would send you a badly or damaged items and I wonder if they don't notice it or it goes bad on transit

They may be because they get damaged in transit. But in my case they were good they accepted it and refunded the money in a few days. They didn't say that why I didn't not check the phone when it was delivered.
