Recently, I have been doing cardiovascular exercises every day. I usually do this before ending my day at home. It makes me relax after doing it.

Physical exercise is definitely good for relaxation. I take a 30-45 min walk along the riverside near my place every morning. I feel good and relaxed after the walk.
