Is the requirement for a medical examination an invasion of privacy?

I do not consider it to be so though, after all your consent was asked first and besides they are simply asking this cause they do not want a situation where they would hire someone that is not medically fit for a very tedious work.
Submission of medical report to the company is not an infringement on privacy because the company need to know the state of your health.
It is very correct because the company must understand the medical status.
It is very important for each and every company to understand the medical status of their employees.
An employee with challenges in his medical report will not be considered for a hard job.
If you have a very good medical report, you are sure to gain employment .
It is important to ensure that the medical status of the employees are submitted to the company.
There are cases where the employee will fake his own medical report and that is why the companies will always want to do it separately on their own.

Since we are invaded with coronavirus and experienced the pandemic, some companies are asking for swab test. I think it is fine if the company will pay for it. But medical test needs to be done, either physical or not.
