Is the workers mental health the company's responsibility?

When it comes to the mental health of the employees, do you think its fair for the company to be in charge of this, or should the employees handle things themselves. cause i have seen cases where the pressure from work can have a negative effect on the staff.

In my humble opinion, employers need to see the welfare of their employees. At some point, they are responsible to the welfare of them. Although it is case to case basis.

The company is responsible for the mental pressure for sure if work load is much it can affect the professional and personal life and intermix both. To retain the freshness of workers there should be some leisure activities as well in organizations and some bigger ones are already taking this path to get full output from their workers

To an extent the workers mental health depends on the company and at the same time it depends on the family because the two main places the worker goes to is the work and the house

Very true, but what about in situations where workers are having issues from the family and it is affecting their work performance, does the company have the right to intervene or should the issue be sorted out by the family alone?

The company does not have to intervene because it is not their fault and it is not their business
Personal issue is different from company issue

You have a point there, but what about in situations where these personal issues affects their ability to work or produce result, can the company get involved in such situations?

This is when the company queries the worker. It depends on the company. Some query the worker once and after then, he gets sacked

The company must see to it that it's employees are all in good mental health. In my work place, there's mental check up by an in house doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure the well being of the employees.
