If someone is not meeting up to the expectation of the company, he will get sacked. It is everywhere

I can totally relate with that. I have seen someone who does not give his workers breaks or holidays, even when sick most times, they still have to come to work, leaving little to no time for their personal lives.

I can relate with this I have worked with a employer like this and they themselves are like that behaves like robots

In western countries, it is partly the duties of the employer to take care of the employees. The reason behind it is that workers are scarce in developed countries. Your last sentence is apt maybe that's why we are treated well in developing countries

The company must see to it that it's employees are all in good mental health. In my work place, there's mental check up by an in house doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure the well being of the employees.

I think both the company and the worker has the responsibility. Companies should promote work life balance. Workers should also take care of their mental health by exercising, meditation, developing personal interest to prevent getting mentally stress out.

There are many companies that would simply not take any kind of responsibility for workers at all. This is true in many cases until or unless the company was directly responsible for something bad that happened to its employee.

In many countries, this is already done. The fact of the matter is that good companies would always view their employees as their family members and treat them well all the time.

A lot of big companies provide health insurance schemes for their employees. I am not sure if mental health is included.

There are many companies that offer some sort of relief to their employees and we can learn from them. During the pandemic, certain companies offered covid-19 relief and benefits to their employees.
