I can totally relate with that. I have seen someone who does not give his workers breaks or holidays, even when sick most times, they still have to come to work, leaving little to no time for their personal lives.

I can relate with this I have worked with a employer like this and they themselves are like that behaves like robots

The company must see to it that it's employees are all in good mental health. In my work place, there's mental check up by an in house doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure the well being of the employees.

I think both the company and the worker has the responsibility. Companies should promote work life balance. Workers should also take care of their mental health by exercising, meditation, developing personal interest to prevent getting mentally stress out.

If the employer cannot take care of the health of his employees, both physically and mentally, the employees should be given time and advised to take care of themselves.

I think the company have a role to play in ensuring stable mental health of their employees. But even at that as a person you must try as much as possible to take care of your mental health.

Companies should try to make it easier for their employees and not burden them so much that they cannot even handle

There are many companies that would simply not take any kind of responsibility for workers at all. This is true in many cases until or unless the company was directly responsible for something bad that happened to its employee.

Yes bigger companies are doing it and we can hope they can start doing these in our countries too.

There are many companies that offer some sort of relief to their employees and we can learn from them. During the pandemic, certain companies offered covid-19 relief and benefits to their employees.

To a large extent the employers need to look at the welfare of their employees. Physically, mentally and otherwise they are responsible to the welfare of them to bring total success
