Have members of this forum, especially those who do writing work for others, noticed a decrease in the demand for writing work, text content online? Iwriter suddenly has almost no work, so I would like to find out if it is an industry trend?

Actually, the economic downturn is equally affecting every area of our lives. People are struggling now to eat and manage their lives, only few have the financial muscles to outsource writers . On the other hand, most of the clients have decided to write with their hands.
I do not think so. Old websites that used to pay freelancers have closed, but certainly there are many new ones that have been used by many writers to make money. iWriters has stopped for sure.
I think it is just a chain thing that happens online all the time. Old sites shut down while new ones springs up . it is to check them out.
Well, some of the old websites were my favourite ones. There are a few old websites that are still in the business right now.
Yes they are old ones that are still standing strong. it is to always new ones to add and continue working in them
Am not really into writing gig though so i have not noticed this change yet. But its very possible it could be due to the recent economy. Like over here in my country, does offering various services are not getting gigs like before cause people do not have access to cash easily to pay.
I think there is a decrease in demand in writing work because they are artificial intelligence is already doing the writings that most people are supposed to do so they are no more given jobs like before
There is no doubt that that there is still demand even though the Artificial intelligence is at work. This is because some people do not want any work that is generated by the Artificial intelligence
That is true, that is what I noticed, as well. There is a reduced demand for writing work online. Maybe because of AI or artificial intelligence? That is my wild guess.
