In western countries, they always try to make things easier for everybody but here in Africa especially Nigeria, we don't have social consciousness.

I never heard that there's a fake Time share investment because they are affiliated with some vacation facilities. One can always check the property.

To the best of my knowledge, this is something that is related to real estate investment and it's something that is very lucrative for those that are into it.
