Is vegan milk better than animal milk

These days you can hear a lot of discussion on vegan food. Do you think vegan milk is better than animal milk. What are the reasons? By the way, do you drink vegan milk?

No, I don't drink vegan milk. It depends on personal preferences and dietary needs. While vegan milk can be a good alternative for some, I stick with traditional animal milk.

I have not drink any vegan milk. Although I heard vegetable juice that some vegan drinks.

I mostly drink cow's milk, but also drink soy milk and almond milk occasionally. All of them are tasty to me. But I think cow's milk is the most nutritious though soy milk and almond milk also offer health benefits too.

There is no vegan milk. It is just some chemistry. How can you get milk from not animal? As I know none vegetable or fruits produce milk.
