Is vegan milk better than animal milk

These days you can hear a lot of discussion on vegan food. Do you think vegan milk is better than animal milk. What are the reasons? By the way, do you drink vegan milk?

I mostly drink cow's milk, but also drink soy milk and almond milk occasionally. All of them are tasty to me. But I think cow's milk is the most nutritious though soy milk and almond milk also offer health benefits too.

I don't know how soya milk tastes. I have heard alot about it but never tried it.

I believe animal milk is better than that of plant based milks, from what I have read, animal based milk tends to contain more protein than the plant based ones.
