It depends on your course of study. Some academic programs gives a student some time to do other things. Some are so demanding and the student won't be able to do any other work.

This is absolutely correct because the nature of the study that you are undergoing in the educational system is what is going to determine if you're going to be chanced to do any kind of side jobs.

Unfortunately, when I was at school in my country, the internet was not as widespread as it is now. I was new to facebook and active in 2014. It was also just for fun not making any money at all, I was making money working offline back then.

I believe that as long as you are able to get into any kind of work without having it interfere with your studies, then it is not a bad idea to support yourself and your family financially.
