Job Title: Moderation Team

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit or delete forum posts as needed to maintain a positive and productive community environment.
• Split discussions and move them to other forums as needed to ensure that topics are organized and easy to find.
• Address reported content in a timely and effective manner, using judgment to determine the best course of action.
• Perform various other moderation functions as needed, such as resolving disputes between members and monitoring for spam or inappropriate behavior.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a member of the forum for at least 30 days.
• Must have no account warnings or violations for a minimum of 60 days.
• Must have a minimum of 150 forum posts.
• Familiarity with the forum guidelines is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous online moderation experience.
• Experience with Xenforo forum software.

Company and Industry Background: Referral Index Forum is a forum that rewards users for their activity. Members earn "Cash" for every post or thread they create, which can be redeemed for cashouts via PayPal, crypto, or Amazon.com e-Gift Cards. The forum also holds monthly contests with monetary incentives.

Pay/Bonus Structure:

• Bonus type: Performance-based
• Eligibility criteria: Based on individual performance, as determined by management.

Yes, we were hiring moderators then, and we have grown a lot since then. We are needing more moderators to assist with day-to-day moderation functions.
