For almost all industry sectors, the government agencies and companies acknowledge the person doing the work, spending their time daily. In some countries, the government, tech, internet companies refuse to acknowledge the person actually doing the work and falsely claim that the relatives and friends of top officials are working online, to give them government jobs while the person actually doing work is criminally defamed, slandered. Are government agencies involved in labor law violations in your country in the internet sector?

There are so many companies who are not following the labor regulations which makes it hard for other people to have the right and just compensation that they should received. It just sad that these practices is not being observe in most companies and money really makes the industry run it.

It is true that about 90% of the company that operates online do not obey any part of the Labour law..

There's need to for complete regulations . So that we should not be doing any kind of violations online. Those working online should be working in accordance with the rules

The government have always been known to be very greedy when it comes to how they deal with their citizens and imposing taxes is something that they are very good at.

Yes most companies do this a lot. They either over work their staffs and under pay them, or they take all the glory to themselves and do not give credit to does who are doing the work.

I agree with you on this matter. My previous company has been violating a lot of things with regards to labor laws in our country. All I know, some of the staff are violating the anti-dummy law.

Labor laws must be followed to help in achieving a well balanced workplace experience. Don't subject your staff to inhumane treatment.
