Having a land that belongs to you and also having a house which belongs to you are both heavenly. Chosing to have one over the other is a no no for me as I could have a house and land all to myself and make use of them both to create and generate a lot of income that I would use to fend for myself and my family.

You can start making money form your house by renting it out, but you can make money from your land only when you develop a property. You might also rent your land but for that purpose it should be located in prime location
