A teak wood tree will fully mature in about 10 - 25 yeait is a good and remunerative investment. A single tree that has a maturity of 10 years can fetch a value of around 175 dollars a cubic foot and the value goes up as it matures.

Once planted a teak wood tree hardly requires any maintenance. In the initial stages it needs to be watered and later it grows on its own.
