One of the ways I build good relationships with customers is by answering their complaints and providing the best solutions. Sometimes there are special requests from customers in every order they make, so I try to fulfill their special requests as much as possible. And will apologize if can't fulfill their special request.

I always make sure I have a peaceful relationship with my customers. I communicate with them properly when there is need to. Even when price they offer does not favour me, I politely turn down and explain my reasons.

I agree it is important to maintain quality relationship with customers. Many companies send SMS message or Whatsapp their customers when there is a good deal, or a new product launch. Always listen to customer feedback and let them know you value their opinion and will take their suggestions seriously.
