Yes, they do but during summer days only few hire lawn mowers. Grasses are at scarce except during seasons. They won't earn.

In my location, most people live in apartment complex. Only rich people can afford to buy a house with garden. They may need to use lawn mower. There are public gardens which also need this. But I'm not sure if this is a lucrative business.

This kind of business is only profitable in western countries where people are too busy to do simple and easy domestic chores. In my country, I doubt if anybody will pay you for mowing their lawn except if you are living in a rich neighborhood.
