This is very true and my country is one among many that has this feature enabled in africa although for a while it was not possible to be a creator on facebook for my country not up until recently when this feature was enabled.

I don't think this feature is applicable to Nigeria for now. Facebook is seeing that a lot of social media platforms are taking users from them by using incentives and mouth watering offers.

I have noticed that mostly celebritities and fundraisers are the ones that mostly get to get stars donated to them,but in the long run educational and enetrtainment content creators should increase in numbers in earning directly from facebook.I think it has to do think improving on your content as well so that people are always getting value from you.

You need to have a certain number of followers and receive a certain number of visitors in the last 28 days in order to be eligible for stars. You also need to be located in the countries where this feature is enabled

I think we need to have a large number of followers for that and then we can apply for it, we need to learn more about it

It is available for every one in all countries no matter you are in tier 1 or the lowest tier country. Once you have more than 10 thousand followers on you Facebook fanpage
