Making Money as a professional eater

Yesh it is a good way for thoes who love food to earn some money from what they love doing, I think it is something that might be seasonal so it can't be full time job

As far as I am concerned, I am not interested in eating alot and Infront of many people that would be mainly watching me eating in an eating competition. This gig is not for me for sure.

Yes of course, one cannot rely on this as their primarily means of earning for their livelihoods.
Participating on the eating competition is something that is done on occasionally basis not daily.

Well this I think has a name and is taster, in my country there are some and serve to measure how good a restaurant is for example, I have also seen some youtube channels that are simply dedicated to eating a lot in front of the camera and have millions of views, it seems a bit absurd but that's the way it is.

Participating in such contests is a big NO for me. I am very conscious about my eating habits, eating portions and the way I eat. I eat in moderation and I like to eat at peace chewing my food. I won't compromise with my health for just some extra money.

I'm the foodie type i eat a lot but i don't get fat but not sure i can do a competition for eating cause am not the type that eat fast but am the foodie type.

I was aware that there were options to be able to make money in eating contests as I have seen many of them around the internet in the past.

The last one I saw was a hotdog eating contest which I believe had a money prize.

I myself am not a huge eater and I only tend to eat little bits when I feel hungry so something like this would not be ideal for me but may be for someone else who can eat a lot in a short space of time.

Contesting on a eating competition is not for children as it means you are a glutton before you can be able to do such but never the less it is all strategy that is being used.

Personally speaking I am not interested in the mentioned venture. I would rather look for my own money and pay for the food that I like eating the most of the time.

I think one would have to be a huge eater to try this and I know it will he a good way to make money it will be ideal for one that eats a lot

I have only seen these contests running in other countries and sometimes on Tv but have never seen any happening in front of my eyes but its hard to win these contests

What do you mean from here is eating competition to win money? LOL I can enter the competition but not to win the competition, but for the sake of free food.

I am a foodie. I enjoy food and would always have culinary experiments in my kitchen. But I can't over eat. Even eating a little extra than what I normally would makes me sick. I might end up throwing up and so better to stay away from such contests.

I would gladly sign up for an eating competition if the organizers have purchased a robust insurance cover for participants. In that case, my kin would be compensated sufficiently in the event that I die during such match.
