When people talk about beginners (especially on forums), most people are referring to an individual without any skills and experience. Well, a beginner can be a person without any experience, however, a beginner does not have to be inexperienced, right? When I joined Hubpages in 2012, I was a beginner but I was not inexperienced. I had experience with writing for newspapers. When I joined Upwork in 2014, I was a beginner on that platform but I already had a lot of experience with writing and marketing.
A beginner does not have to be a person who can only click on ads on PTC or claim faucets to make money online.

I do agree that it is an advantage if a person has a lot of work experiences. But then, I may say that not all people are like this.
