Modern cooking utensils to own

They are new cooking utensils and cooking wares we need to have in our kitchen so that we can upgrade our kitchen. What they are ones you have in your kitchen?

We belong with middle class people and up to date we are using all old and traditional utensils. We are getting good results out of these so we don't think even to replace and to purchase new one.
