This is indeed a serious problem and it seems hard to eradicate in the face of the society. Their excuse is poverty but they never toiled to earn in good faith. This kind of fraudster needs no pity but jail.

Poverty can not be sited as an excuse for any immoral and unethical work. One always has an option to work hard and earn well. Many people have come out of poverty with their hardwork and rightful work. These people need easy money and they misuse their intelligence. And soon crime becomes an addiction.
You are right. They need to play a fair game and not cheat on others. I alway have a low opinion with fraudsters, scammers, etc. Their souls are started to rotten despite being alive here on Earth.

@Shavkat yes those fraudsters feel no pity, in fact they're happy with what they're doing. They have no conscience, @cherry123, that's so right fraudsters and scammers are everywhere online and offline. They're not afraid to do crimes, They're thinking only of success to their dirty jobs.
This is a lie from the US just to make down payment processors that are concurrent to PayPal and US products nothing related to money fraud, even PayPal there is a lot of money fraud inside it.
There are a lot of scammers online and we need to be very cautious and vigilant about it otherwise we will be losing a lot of money from our hard earned earnings.

Agree, PayPal is also doing something illegal. I am among the victims of PayPal. My previous account was hacked and how come it was hacked when it was under their hands? I had, 8, 789 pesos in my old account and was not able to redeem it. It was locked and said my account was hacked.

Greediness is the root of all the evils. They seem abnormal people despite knew the bad consequences on their sides and to victims still they're frigid. They can't feel their evil acts on scamming people. Money fraud is rampant and hard to eliminate them in the society.

Money fraud is rampaging anywhere. It seems the police authorities are part of this because they were never heard as having caught money fraudsters. Tere is no re[ort in TV .It seems the money scammers are protected especially offline.
Many of these fraud and scammers want easy money. They are capable of putting their time and effort in an ethical way to earn money, but their greed and laziness to earn more in a short period lets them to try their hands on such illegal ways.

Fraudulent activities does not only happen in private offices,likewise in governments offices. Greediness is one cause of this. Fraud is also rampant online, and the worst because it's hard to attack virtual criminals.

Fraudulent activities are found in offline and online sectors. Let us be cautious and must not be influenced and exploited.
There are so many fraudsters on the web and offline. We have to be cautious and sense a hint to avoid getting victimised.

If people that are caught engaging in fraud are duly punished, I believe it would greatly reduce in my country.
