Night routine before bedtime

Do you have any night routine before retiring to bed daily. Some people have some or couples of things they do to enable them have a good night sleep. Do you have yours?

My night routine is to teach my students online before going to bed. It is being productive and earning some money at the same time.

Yes, I do have a night routine. Before bed, I like to unwind by reading a book or listening to calming music. I also make sure to dim the lights and avoid screens to signal to my body that it's time to wind down.

I am jealous that you can read a book before sleeping. Instead of reading, I prefer to watch videos on YouTube.

Yes, I do have some night routine. I clean my face and brush my teeth. Listen to some relaxing music, read a book or meditate before going to bed.
