Poor and rich both have similar 24 hours, people those who think as I have enough and I don't need further they just remain in routine. While I have seen some rich people as they work very hard and so they meet their deadlines and achieve more.

I agree that mindset is important. But we are not born equal. Some people are born in a rich family. They have the opportunity to receive good education or manage their family business. For those who are born in a poor family, s(he) has to work hard and find his/her way to make money and grow the wealth.
