I see a lot of people here in my country doing that especially when they use it for political campaigns. I'm very sure that they get paid well.

I haven't seen any private cars doing this in my location. I'm not sure if this is due to legal restrictions or private car owners just don't want to do this to their cars. However, it is very common for minibus and taxis to put up advertisements on their vehicles.

For real? They don't do that here. If they are to pay any tax, it will be the same as the one that every other person who has a car have. This is quite strange to me anyway

Some people in different parts of my country actually make use of their personal vehicles as a transport services especially when there is scarcity of taxi.
