Training job applicants nowadays is done by the recruitment agency. Not only this, they conduct interviews for job applicants as well. Most of the tasks needed to be done by organizations are handed over to recruitment agencies to handle.
When you train a customer right on the job, it is easier for the staff to pick up. That's because the staff is given the chance to be using the tools right on hand.
For banking jobs, their preferred method of training is on the job. I personally believe that the best way to get to learn a particular thing is by just doing it.
It's a mandate in every colleges and universities in my country students to undergo one semester on the job training. It's part of the school curriculum and they cannot graduate without undergoing the OJT to the designated offices private or public.
On the Job Training is not popular but a mandate. It is part of the school's curriculum. It is not done according to what one wishes to. It's a one semester OJT after which students received their OJT grade. They're graduating to undergo OJT.
OJT is part and parcel of the college experience. Many companies do reach out to schools to request OJT students to help them cope with various administrative tasks. Some companies pay minimal allowances to their trainees while others are just willing to provide work training and experience to students.
On job training comes with benefits such as;
1. Workers get skills that makes them productive in the company.
2. They get to learn how things are done in your company. They may have skills from working elsewhere but the training helps them know how it is done here.
3. Training can be done as a refresher course to polish worker's skills.

Learning is something that is very constant in anyone's life and as long as you are alive, you should always be open to learning a new thing all the time and is the reason why I believe most people took on the program.

On job training and posting is best for a business and new candidates as they will get the required exposure and can learn from their seniors and businesses are able to properly train its candidates
