I think working alone with forum websites cannot pay office rental considering that the pay rate for forums are very low while on the other hand office rental involve a huge amount of money.

I don't pay rental. I use my home as my office and my garage as my workshop. However I managed to buy machines with my online earnings. I have managed to start an offline business which is doing pretty well. Without online earnings I wouldn't have managed to buy the machines, even if I had an offline job. Truelly gratefully
