Papaya is the best Fruit for Sugar patients?

If you have diabetes then you should start consuming Papaya more as it's good and best fruit for a diabetic.

When you say sugar patient I assume a diabetic I am not a diabetic but am fond of papayas. Papayas used to grow in our garden and now I have plants and they will yield after a few months

I haven't heard that papaya is good for diabetic patients. It has a moderate glycemic index and is sweet. But I know that papaya is good for the stomach and digestion.
