I had seen some earning sites that you can earn by downloading their apps. It is not my thing because it will loaded the memory of my computer for doing so. I am not interested with this kind of scheme online.

Pay per download is quite different from downloading apps. Per per download is a kind of online business model that use locking system to compel a internet user to do some task before downloading a file. Some of this task may be to sign up in axsite or watch an advert.

I am not aware of any sites which pay people for downloading a program or app. In any case, I would hesitate to do that because I am not sure if there is any virus in the program I need to download.
