So far I haven't received customer complaint perhaps in other businesses. In case, there is, I have to conduct investigation and it it's not tolerable, I'd better fire the staff.

That is perfect yes, it is best for the management to stay calm and patient. He must listen to the complaints of the customer and resolve it peacefully

The first and important thing to do is to beg and also promise them that such a thing will never repeat itself then you find a solution to the problem

That’s true but some of these customers may be very rude to the point that they can also make your frustrated
