Do you have piercings? I have 2.. I have tongue and nose piercing.

Tongue piercing - in what way does it help? Or, is it also an age old custom only?

What do you mean what does it help? It doesn't have to help for me to have one. I just liked it so I got one.

I only have one on my ear lobes i will add another peiercing next to the one i already have. I will also buy some magnetic septum nose rings aince i fear the pain of piercing on my septum.

I got an injection to numb the pain before I got pierced. It really helped.

Okay. With that one pierced in your tongue, are you able to eat and drink as usual?

I don't prefer it but yes ladies and some of the men prefer it but I like to know as you have pierced your tongue don't you feel any pain when you wat and drink and some people even pierce the side of eye

I got it on a bet. Thought I would take it off after a while but then I grew to love it.

It can be so painful and I don't think its common to see in India but I have seen in different countries ladies prefer this.

It does not have to help in order to have one. Some people like piercing whereas some people don't. Personally, I do not like it.

Men and women have their preference to pierce their body parts and I see ladies get piercing done in between the nostrils and that does look painful to me and even ugly too

I approve nose piercing but not tongue. It just doesn't look comofortable. I guess food can stuck in it often, depends on food we eat.

Nose piercing is common in most parts along with ear as most ladies, Girls prefer to wear nose ring, ear ring etc. but piercing tongue is not common in our parts

Did think what could happend if somebody with ear piercing end up in fight with somebody else? I guess opponet would rip out piercing.
