The best is to see your nearest dermatologist to prescribe you with the right medicine. My cousin has pimples, she washes her face with cold wat every morning with safeguard soap.

It would leave a scar on your face hehehe.

This is why I use retinol ay night to remove the scarring and dead skin. Thankfully I didn't end up with holes in my face.

My poor dad had bad acne as a teenager and to this day his face have acne marks that looks like moon craters. Thankfully now we have better dermatologic products.

You can try Washing your face clean almost all the time with clean water

When I was on my teenage years, my face was full of pimples and acne, and it even scattered at my back. I used sulphur soap, a Chinese ointment for face which is called Chin Chan Su Cream, Olay facewash, Eskinol for Men, I even take squalene capsules, and that I think help me to diminished my pimples and acne.
