That's true there are videos that guide new users in podcasting. Podcasting isn't new it's been used and introduced years ago.

I also have not ex[eroenced podcasting only video recording but not monetizing, it is a requirement in my workforce.

I am not actually interested in that. I love direct writing. That podcasting requires editing and so on and so forth.

it seems it just like uploading videos on YouTube that you need a lot of work on it before uploading
