Postbuck's penalty for inactivity- Fair or Unfair.

Postbucks has just introduced a penalty of $1 per seven days of non activity on the site. That is to say if you don't log in for 7 days, they deduct $1 from your account. Even if you don't have anything on your account, it would enter negative.

Do you think this penalty is fair? I think it is unfair.

It is not fair but it truly shows that they mean business. Definitely, they want the users to be active and serious. It actually showed that the admin have some money to spend! Am not in the forum because I don't have enough time to do all the online and offline engagement am into.

Is that how to grow a forum? The best thing to do is to increase the reward system and see people rush to participate in the forum. With all these penalty, they still pay $0.15 for a thread.

Don't you think increasing the pay would be better strategy than all these penalties. It still won't work.

This is not fair. There are many other things a person may have due to which he/she may not log in to the site but that should not be the reason for penalising a person.

There are so many negative reviews which I read about this site and after reviewing myself I reach on the conclusion as its better to keep myself away from this site.

I never read any negative reviews about the site but while working on it I found that it doesn't interest me. Maybe the forum is not much vibrant like RIF so I left working on that site

When I logged on there I always noticed I am alone sometimes two and because of that after posting one reply I leave the site. It seems so creepy site for me if there's no people. The site owner better finds logical attractions or strategies to attract people.

They have a penalty system too. My earnings were deducted for a few of my posts, I was shocked to see it. The day I thought to increase my activities there I saw my earnings deduction so from then I never logged in to that site

It seems a little unfair to me. Perhaps the admin believes that it will motivate members to be more active on the website. I am a member of this website, but I find most of the topics to be rather uninteresting.

I find the site very boring. The Money should be the motivation for posting there but I can't even make money from there. I believe it is not everyone that was meant to own a forum like that.

@IB D you are not alone I also find the forum boring, not many people are there on the forum so you have to wait and see the latest activity there.

This penalty is not worth it at all. What if somethings happens which makes one unavoidable absence on the site for some while, they are suppose to think about things like these

I can say that this is one of the worst paid to post forum that I have worked with. First the forum was banning members for using VPN that they did not use and now this.

The forum can pay higher reward only when it earns better. Do you think with the kind of posts you see on most paid to post sites, the forum will earn better? Yes, pay rate for topic is less but postbucks pay rate for comments is same as RIF.

I am ok with the penalty but since no one is liking this move, admin can rethink the penalty and I think they should deduct our earnings instead of deducting $1 straight
