I don't think it is a good business in my location. Some people don't even care about disposing waste products. It is not nice

There is but it is not very firm. Some of them dump refuse and run away. Some of the officers supposed to arrest them also take bribes

It is not done privately in my country. The waste management is being practiced in my city. Garbage collectors are the ones who pick them up from house to house here.

I think the best way to take care of the waste products is by burning them after you dispose them so that it will not cause pollution in the environment
