Problems in business are unavoidable. There are sudden changes in our economy. The economic downturn may affect the flow of the business. Another the shipment or delivery if there are breakages they will not be replaced if the driver is from your company or business.
Problems will always arise in every type of business, even though government companies also often encounter problems, no problem means there are no challenges to achieve better results. Every day we will encounter different problems in our business, and try to solve your business problems.

There are indeed problems in a business like in my business, I'm facing now a big challenge when there's an order from the health department in the Philippines to disallow people to drink milk tea because it causes addiction. We're preparing for it's counter proposition.
If your problem is related to the prohibition of drinking milk tea which will cause addiction by the health department in your country, you and the milk tea traders (association) protest to the government why things like coffee and cigarettes which cause addiction are allowed.

Yes, the president of our milk tea associations is now having a talk with a lawyer. It is so unfair and sudden. The contents of the milk are beyond reasonable and potent considering the contents. There is no content that may cause addiction.
Yes, problems are inevitable. The ability to solve them is what defines you. If you are good in problem solving, you are higher in competition with other businesses. Your employees should be people who are able to identify and solve problems in business.
We cannot rely on employees to solve business problems that are happening, employees are only focused on certain areas such as production, finance, etc., so the main control is a company leader, how he identifies and evaluates every problem that is being faced.
