The problem is that it pays only via PayPal, some people can not use it because PayPal is not available in every country.

Hmm eight dollars, not bad though, if the task are easy to perform then it won't be that hard to reach the minimum withdrawal. I we check it out on my spare time.
I think that $8 is a huge amount of threshold for a micro job site. The fact remains that it is possible that many people would give up before even reaching the payout on rapidworkers.
Minimum payout on GPT site is 5 $. If you want no min payout try TimeWall and withdraw to partner site like FaucetPay.

No, in then past it was really hard to make $1. However, members who reached higher levels were able to make $1 or even more than that. Now then platform has changed totally,.

Are you talking about picoworkers? I think now the site is just like fiverr. You have to create gigs to make money now.
The only thing that discouraged me from using rapidworkers is because it received payment in PayPal.

I have never heard of Rapidworkers. If it's an international site, I'll take a look at it. If the tasks are tricky, I would prefer to do online surveys or post on forums.
The important question arises here as why it has only PayPal option it it is legit paying site and it need to grow and expand then the site must need vast range of talented people and it must not be from some selected countries.
