I do part time on that but I stopped. It made me late to work. I'm happy having many sidelines hehe. The maximum commission I received was $3000. I may resume working as real estate consultant part time next year.

That's correct we have to manage our time well to avoid receiving a memo from boss if keep to work late Sometimes, I applied for a 1 day leave especially if the client is on the closing deal

I was able able to buy a car from my commission, salary alone can't make it unless purchasing a car through installment. I really enjoy working as a consultant and as an insurance broker. there is always money, but during the global crises, things changed.
