If you have Real Estate Investment Trusts in your place, you can invest in real estate through these schemes. You can invest for a low amount. Otherwise, you need really big amount.

I found out great opportunitiy. To bad I don't have money. There is apartment for sell with 5 rooms and 5 toalets. 6th room is together room. Price is 140 000 euros. It is on great position for rent since it is close to three big colleage. If I calculate it good, you can pay it of in next 20 years.

Real estate the best investment. It's value never depreciates but continuously appreciates. It only requires a big capital but as a soon as you boom you will forget how much you spend as capital.

Real estate investment is usually quite a safe investment and can make a lot of money. But there are exceptions. Real estate market in China has dropped significantly. Hong Kong's real estate market is also not doing well.
