Reasons to avoid running a one customer kind of business

A one customer kind of business is about having a product that can be useful to only a customer. This is mostly for big manufacturing companies that produce a specific product for another big company that makes that big company their only customer. Though the manufacturing company might enjoy a large volume of selling from the buying company but this method of selling or business can be very risky

This means that your business can easily fail at any point. Because the lack of patronage from that one big customer might run the business to a halt. What do you think?

I have not observed here a business for one customer only. A business is unlimited and it is for all regardless of culture and income. How could a business withstand difficulties of no sales in a day?

These types of business is very rare here. But few kind of products business exist. As some company prepare only few products and sell it to another company but it remain very risky and usually they face loss after few years.

I have very few customers because I have extremely powerful enemies who are misleading almost all businesses I contact with their defamatory stories, and also rewarding competitors. So now I am reducing my online business.

I do not see any problems in creating a product and selling a product that can be used by specific kind of customers. I think it is easier to sell if you know who your customers are

It could be possible to sell only a bunch of clothes and the buyers will exclusively for the tailors, dressmakers, and retail sellers of clothes. There might be stores operating like this.

Relying on a single customer can expose your business to some risk. If that customer leaves or reduces their business with you it can be a devastating impact on the business. Also they hold a significant amount of negotiating power. They may dictate pricing, terms, and conditions, which can limit your ability to operate your business on your own terms.

For obvious reasons, it is risky to sell only to one customer. You will not have bargaining power, and if the customer runs into some problem or choose other seller, your business will be in trouble.
