Another thing that you could add could be lack of transparency with users about how the business earns its money and if they have a poor team structure or customer support for example.

Exactly, I don't know why people fall for this all the time. this is an old trick by scammers. They have no money to double for anyone.

You normally earn 1-10 cents per post on a forum. If you see a forum that claims to pay you $1 per post, that is definitely a scam. If the offer is too good to believe it is a red sign.
