Can someone explain the referral incentive scheme here?

There is 1 USDT per active referral how has fulfilled these conditions : A signup and 50 valid responses so this is what I remember for referral insensitive on index forum.

RIF don't have referral incentive unless they started recently. Though I will still cross check. RIF only pays for your thread and posts for now. But I strongly believe they will soon start. RIF is a new site, don't expect much from them now.

RIF had a referral system a few months ago which is discontinued now.
