Knownhost is a great reliable host, I used them in the past. I'm currently using ionos and haven't had any issues with them, so I highly recommend them as well. When I bought hosting a few months ago I signed up for one year with them for only $6!

When it comes to hosting, I have always enjoyed using Namecheap.com . Namecheap offers some of the best deals, I've actually been paying around $35 for a whole year of hosting and a .com domain name. Very reliable hosting. Highly recommended if you're on a budget.
I've never heard of Hawk Host before but it looks like it would get the job done, it also appears as if they have some really affordable hosting plans.
CPanel or even Plesk requires a background in web devellopment or even a team to develop for you if you are not a programmer so this is for programmers or professional websites.
If I ever use cPanel it's mostly for Softaculous applications and not ever for building my own website. Although, the only struggle I tend to run into is attempting to upload files to cPanel because I'm not sure what goes where lol.
They're very affordable and the support team is great. I've been using them for various projects since about.... 2007 or 2008 I believe. Never had any issues.
