The easy way to retain customers is to give quality products. If your product is not good or of high quality, don't expect your discount to help you retain customers. Secondly, to retain your customers, you need to go extra mile by providing follow up services. You can provide free tutorials on how to use your products. You can still ask them for feedback and gives some value insight on your products.
The quality of product matters a lot if you want to retain your customers. It's one of the areas you need to concentrate in.
