SEC claiming over Cryptos

The SEC has claimed in a court of law that there are 9 cryptocurrencies listed on Coinbase
new court filings that at least unregistered securities. such as, AMP (AMP), Rally (RLY), DerivaDEX (DDX), XYO (XYO), Rari Governance Token (RGT), LCX (LCX), Powerledger (POWR), AMP (AMP), Rally (RLY), DFX Finance (DFX), and Kromatika (KROM).

In our country, cryptos are illegal. However, the central bank is doing a feasibility study of CBDC.

In my country, the government has not taken any big decisions about cryptocurrencies. There were some rumours that the government of Pakistan might ban it, but those rumours were just rumours.

Sadly, in our country, the central bank has termed investing, trading, and mining crypto punishable by law. Some people have filed a case at the supreme court but the verdict is yet to come.

I don't think there is disadvantage. Truly there is nothing that has advantages that don't have disadvantage but when the disadvantage has no effect then it has no disadvantage

Sorry but I almost didn't get it. But IMO, it has disadvantages too. I'm making further research about it.

Well, I am really sorry to hear that. However, I think that despite all this, there might still be many people who might still be involved in cryptocurrencies. This is because cryptocurrencies is decentralised and the government can never put an end to it.

If the law bans it and if people are involved with it, it is illegal and you will be sent to jail. IN fact a lot of people have been sent to jail for using cruptos.

Cryptocurrency is a commodity , I know that some may not want to agree with this, but that is the truth.

If treating crypto tokens like securities will help curb the recurring bad things happening, then I support it. I think registering every crypto token as security will make it to be scrutinized.

In the sec always hunt cryptocurrency projects and I don't know why they do this.
