Paypal is good option but there are hundred of websites which do have only paypal option. Here other options are also present.
I don't understand one thing as why in many websites only option is paypal although they know it is not working in many countries.

You can just click the RIF Cash button. Then, you can see the withdraw option, click it. Next, you can click request withdraw. The PayPal option can be seen after following these steps.

It's easier now and admin already informed users that payments will take max 2 days so its also a very good thing

Personally I do not like PayPal option as a means of payment option on any online earning platforms because it is restricted in my country.
