I don't know why some people fail to have respect for themselves in their workplace. They are indisciplined and the other staff won't regard them. One thing I know is that when you respect yourself,, others would respect you.
Self respect matters a lot. The ways you accorded yourself self respect is the same way people are going to respect you. Similarly, your conduct to others would also matters. Don't disrespect others if you want them to respect as well.

All of these chaos may be caused by self disrespect and indisciplined by the workers in the workplaces. I think there is a need for the workers to be trained on how to live and get along with one another in the workplace.

Some workers have a low esteem and would always try to make another colleague happy at the detriment of themselves. And they would still be acting cool. They use those kind of staff like tissue paper.
As for me, if my colleagues acted like this, they can see the evil side of me. Besides the point, it is not acceptable to be in this way at the working place. It can affect workers and even the operations of a company.

Employees need to carry themselves with respect and discipline. The funny thing about this is that employers are watching and they know what is going on. When some people are overlooked for leadership positions, this self disrespecting habits could just be the cause.

Taking people's things without their permission is actually very bad because it belittles you. It is even a form of theft because almost everyone will be pissed off.

Even if it is just a charger or something as small as a ben, i always try my best to ask first before taking it, its very much annoying when i see someone using my property without letting me know.

Taking other colleagues things without permission

Trying to pleased others even when you are right

Making snide remarks about others

Criticizing self before others.

Trying to spy on others and going around to give unsolicited advice

Trying to shut others up even when not necessary

A lot of people have the habit of sleeping on duty and I believe that it is one of the bad habit that someone needs to cut off very well because it will likely get you sacked.

Yeah it is always bad to not ask first before taking someone property. it,is not good to go ahead to use a colleague property without letting me know. it is a bad habit

It is important to respect your co-workers at work. Be a team player and always give a helping hand to your co-workers when necessary. Do not gossip. Taking things from others without permission is not acceptable.

True, what happens most often is taking co-workers' things without permission. This made me lose respect for him. That means he is underestimating himself, for doing things that make other people disrespect him.
