Okay then but we have them here and water is also cheap
I would love it for washing clothes since it is cheaper. Can we also do it as our personal water remedy?

Sure you can use it for anything even drinking if you can boil and filter it.

It might just be as it is a deep well but it is generally called borehole here.

Very deep so that the water can be pumped all the time
This is a premium business in Africa. People troop in every morning to fetch water for their basic needs. It is capital intensive tough.

Sure you beer good amount of money to have a borehole but it is a profitable business.
Is it safe and clean?
When I was a child, my grandfather has a well on his backyard. But we don't use it as a drinking water. We only use it to waste clothes. However, if in the part of your place uses a tool to distill the water so bacteria and metal contents can be remove then it would be safe and can be a good source of income.
Those who have shortage of water will not ask if the water is clean and safe. Is that correct? Are they going to boil it first after buying so they can drink it or drink it right away?
Yes! It is lucrative business but in many above average residential areas, every household have borehole. Even in my village, people are giving it free to people. It is markeable in some areas where poor people are living.
It's cheaper but most times, it's hard water which is not good for washing. Most people only use it because they don't have access to any other sources that are better.

Sure the water is always clean and you can use it for different purposes as you deem fit
Not related but why is your status saying that you are stressed?
I don't think borwell water is popular to sell
