Selling of copied products at a lower price

It is a crime to copy people's products without permission. It is also a crime to produce sub standard products. Such a person must be made to face the law.

It is a bad business model. That's because you would scuttle the sales of the other company not by your innovation but by stealing their ideas.

What do you think about business people that copy others products but make substandard of them to sell them cheap. What do you think of this? Does it really affects the original product?

This is something that is very common in the freelance industry because a lot of people short sell services so that they will get more job from prospective clients and they will end up lowering the service quality.

I believe legal actions should be taken in such situations, cause this is totally wrong. Imagine a situation where a persons buys an apple products thinking its the real deal only for it to go bad within months and the person is not aware it was a fake apple product. It would definitely cause issues for apple it self.
