I bought a pure breed puppy two months ago. I do agree that they are quite pricey for pet shops to sell. I have my own reason why I need to buy it. I need a companion and want him to live with me for a long time.

I think I have seen a lot of people who prefer cats to dogs and I can say that I also prefer cats to dogs even if I don't own one presently

I don't know about other pets but selling dogs is highly profitable. Even our Nigerian local breed puppies are commanding good money. Talk more kf exotic breeds.
